Description
Operation is electromechanical. Lifting is by means of rolled, high-strength steel trapezoidal screws with fine pitch to make the carriages self-braking. The supporting nut is made of bronze and is combined with a second safety nut of equal height and material quality, self-protected by electrical safety. The sliding guides are made of high-strength, solid drawn steel. Inside each carriage are 6 large, high-strength wheels, which guarantee perfect grip and smooth running. The lubrication of the screws is always ensured by a system mounted directly on the supporting nut.
Between the 4 trolleys there is a synchronisation controlled by a management PLC system, which commands the re-alignment when there is a difference of more than 15mm.
The platforms are large. Deadman" control. All the most exposed parts are epoxy powder coated.
